After the inauguration in March 2008, the general public with be able to use the e-Tipiṭaka WebService, thanks to the voluntary contribution of e-Tipiṭaka inscribers from Dhamma Society's World Tipiṭaka Project.
What's the Difference ?
The authoritative resolution of the Buddhist Era 2500 Great International Council Pāḷi Tipiṭaka Database is now available for the first time on the internet in 2008. Based on the International Council Manuscript, this sacred Pāḷi Text Corpus was proof-read and checked against all the major Tipiṭaka editions of the world. The information on variant readings which was published in 2007 in the Tipiṭaka Studies Reference will be soon available through this tipitakastudies.net as well.
What is a new Life-style for students of Tipiṭaka ?
